The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from July 12 — July 24
SIMON BRYSON, 32, of Fernley Court, Maidenhead, was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, a one-year community order and told to pay £213 costs for two counts of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and one count of possession of criminal property, namely £390, in Maidenhead on January 7, 2020.
LUKE MAUNDRILL, 31, of Dedworth Road, Windsor, was given a five-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, a one-year community order and told to pay £213 costs for possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of criminal property, £85, in Maidenhead on January 7, 2020.
JAMES WALKER, 29, of Ray Street, Maidenhead was banned from driving for 12 months, given a 18-month community order and told to pay £180 costs for driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 25 in Slough.
SHAUN PROUDFOOT, 41, of Windsor Road, Water Oakley was banned from driving for three years, given a one year community order and told to pay £180 costs for two counts of drug driving in Windsor on December 15.
ANNA DONALDSON, 46, of Convent Road, Windsor was banned drom driving for two years, given a one year community order and told to pay £180 costs for drink driving in Ascot on June 23.
TADEUSZ SETLA, 40, of Clewer New Town, Windsor, was banned from driving for six months, given a one-year community order and told to pay £495 costs for failing to provide a specimen in Loddon Valley on September 23.
MAHAD SIAL, 19, of Long Drive, Burnham, was fined £220, told to pay £214 costs and £4.70 compensation for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Maidenhead on January 27.
CHARLIE DOYLE, 58, of Lilibrooke Crescent, Maidenhead, was fined £800, told to pay £100 compensation and £530 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Windsor on October 3, 2019.
