- September to December Autumn season Norden Farm Centre for the Arts

After running a three-day week earlier this year, Norden Farm is delighted to announce new opening times of five days a week, Tuesday – Saturday

11am – 10pm.

The Maidenhead arts venue has also announced its autumn season of events. Most events are now back to full capacity with the exception of some film screenings which will remain socially distanced and with a reduced capacity.

Comedy fans can enjoy an evening of laughs from some top names including Mark Watson, Sindhu Vee, Gary Delaney and Geoff Norcott who all perform on the main Courtyard stage.

Barron twill visit the Studio on her first UK tour; Hundred Watt Club return for A Halloween Evening of Burlesque and Vaudeville; and Loyiso Gola brings a hilarious exploratio­n of Pop Culture moments from around the world.

Based on an unbelievab­le true story, critically acclaimed show Catch of the Day heads to the Studio in October. Expect a riotous romp of a play, all set in a West of Ireland pub... An ordinary skipper sails into the sleepy town of Dingle with a very unusual catc. Chaos immediatel­y ensues and a ridiculous series of events are put into motion.

Music highlights of the season include classical concerts from St John’s Ensemble and St John’s Chamber Orchestra; Ajay Srivastav plays a genre-bending mix of Indian Folk, Blues and Americana; Janine Johnson brings a night of music from the Bond movies; and catch top tribute bands The Alter Eagles, Oye Santana and The Amy Winehouse Experience.

Norden Farm and Slot Machine’s production of Kipper’s Snowy Day returns to the Courtyard Theatre for 42 performanc­es this Christmas. First performed in 2014, the show has since had runs across the country, so we are excited to bring it home this year. Based on the award winning children’s books by Mick Inkpen, enter a world of magical puppets and mischief, complete with original songs.

Another magical family show this season is the award winning The Little Prince. It is based on the worldfamou­s story by Antoine de SaintExupé­ry about a pilot, a rose, a sheel and a traveller from afar.. Suitable for everyone young and old, you can catch this spellbindi­ng production from Wednesday October 17 to Saturday October 30.

Film highlights include Benedict Cumberbatc­h in Cold War spy thriller The Courier; music documentar­y Summer of Soul featuring never before seen footage; and The Last Letter From Your Lover adapted from the novel by Jojo Moyes.

And if you're simply relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere, the popular Bottomless Brunch with Breakfast en Bread will continue monthly throughout the autumn. Enjoy sourdough loaves, hollowed out and packed with delicious, locally sourced ingredient­s.

Original and vegan options are available, with bottomless Bloody (or Virgin) Marys, Mimosas, fruit juice, tea and coffee.

The popular Outdoor Markets will return each month. Held in the Linhay barns and car park, providing a safe shopping experience. Browse stalls selling artisanal produce and hand crafted goods.
