The following cases are the results of concluded cases in the area’s magistrates’ courts from September 13 — 18
SIOBHAN PEARSON, 34, of Evenlode, Maidenhead was banned from driving for 36 months, given an 18-month community order and told to pay £200 compensation and £150 costs for drink-driving and three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Maidenhead on May 9.
STEVEN NELSON, 61, of Vale Road, Windsor was given a one-year community order and told to pay £95 costs for two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker in Maidenhead on June 26.
ANDREW TAYLOR, 70, of Cookham Road, Maidenhead, was fined £60 and told to pay £32 costs for using a TV without a licence on July 17, 2019.
STEPHEN ALLEN, 44, of Dropmore Road, Burnham, was fined £440, told to pay £3.10 compensation and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on April 15.
TODD MCLINTOCK, 21, of Courthouse Road, Maidenhead, was fined £440, told to pay £4.10 compensation and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on April 6
STEVEN LAVIN, 45, of Vansittart Road, Windsor, was fined £440, told to pay £3.10 compensation and £224 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection in Slough on April 11.
ZACK MACSON, 23, of Eton College, Windsor, was fined £440, told to pay £5.60 compensation and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on April 11.
CHRISTIAN MAGGETTI, 28, of Athlone Square, Windsor, was fined £440, told to pay £3.10 compensation and £224 costs for travelling on a railway without paying a fare in Slough on April 15.
