Piccolino bringing a flavour of Italy to Marlow this month

-

A new restaurant will be bringing the traditional flavours of Italy to Marlow later this month.

Piccolino will be opening its doors in Marlow High Street on Monday, May 20 for guests to enjoy some authentic Italian cuisine.

Run by privately owned restaurant group Individual Restaurants, the newly-renovated venue features wood panelling, a brass and marbletopped bar area, diamond cut mirrors and greenery can be seen throughout.

An exclusive menu will take customers on a journey of taste using ingredients sourced from across Italy.

Guests will be able to enjoy fish filleted tableside and Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in north-west Italy.

The menu will also feature authentic Italian pasta dishes such as Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a large pecorino cheese wheel.

A DJ will perform on select evenings in the restaurant’s winterised ‘secret garden’ terrace. Prior to dining, guests will be able to enjoy a traditional Italian aperitif or drink of their choosing in the marble bar area.

Bartenders will be on hand to craft Italian cocktails and serve wines as curated by the on-site sommelier.

Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of Piccolino in Marlow, bringing authentic Italian cuisine and charming hospitality to the community. Piccolino replaces what was formerly Marlow Bar & Grill in what we hope will be a welcome change for our loyal guests.

“Here to mark a new era of Italian dining in Marlow, Piccolino promises to become the most sought-after dining destination for those seeking a taste of Italy. Our dedication to sourcing the best ingredients and celebrating Italy’s diverse cuisine is the heart and soul of Piccolino.

“We look forward to guiding diners on an unforgettable journey through Italian flavours, tradition and culinary excellence.”
