A husband and wife have teamed up to light people’s ‘hearts and homes.’ Claire and Graeme Winchester, from Cheadle, came up with the concept of WIFF in early 2016.

Since then the online business selling luxury candles and diffusers has taken off, thanks to their luxury branding and packaging.

Graeme said: “We were getting a little tired of seeing the same old products delivering the same old scents. “Where was the imagination, the excitement and the creativity?

“In short, we thought the industry was starting to smell a little stale.

“It got us thinking that if we thought that, then surely others were thinking it too?”

In response, the duo who have backgrounds in digital marketing and aroma and hypnotherapy, developed a range of five luxury candles and reed diffusers which smelled and looked divine.

The hand poured luxury wax candles are original, bold and creative and retail for £25.

The reed diffusers cost £28. Funky flavours include champagne strawberries and vanilla, hello sunshine grapefruit and sandalwood and cedar.

Graeme said: “With a shared love for product design and the aesthetic we wanted to create a brand that would inspire and light up people’s hearts and homes.

“Something was missing in the market and it was a void we thought was perfect to house our ideas and our candles.”

WIFF is a real family affair. The company was created by Graeme, is directed by Claire, and each candle and diffuser comes dressed in its own bold colour scheme with a series of different illustrations designed by Claire’s brother Mark at BramCreates.

Claire added: “We’re delighted with the range. We wanted to provide people with an experience that can’t be found elsewhere and gives them the chance to escape into a little bit of luxury and adventure and we think we’ve achieved that with WIFF.”

Currently available online and in select independent stores, the duo have ambitious plans for the brand and plan to launch nationally over the next year.
