I’m a Celebrity... let me into Sports Personality bash!

-

BOLTON boxer Amir Khan was all smiles as he walked the red carpet with his wife Faryal Mahkdoom as the couple made their first public appearance after he left I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Amir and Faryal, who is expecting their second child, were among the VIP guests at the star-studded BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2017, held in Liverpool.

The couple, who have a daughter Lamaisah, are back together after going through a rocky time earlier this year which saw them split following a bitter exchange of words on social media.

And Faryal looked radiant as she showed off her growing baby bump in stylish black high-waisted trousers and a patterned silky blouse.

Amir has been welcomed back from the Australian jungle after running the gauntlet on the ITV1 reality show, I’m A Celebrity.

At a welcome home bash he was pictured wearing a gold crown next to a sign that read: “Watch your strawberries. He’s back!”

This was a jokey reference to ‘strawberry-gate’ on the show which saw Amir and comedian Iain Lee scoff a bowl of strawberries and cream, which were meant to be shared with their fellow campmates as a reward for completing a challenge.

Also at the glitzy Sports Personality of the Year bash at Liverpool’s Echo Arena was the former Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter who led the style stakes at the event in a stunning gold sequin dress.

Jorgie, from Eccles, Salford, showed off her incredible figure in the plunging frock teamed with a pair of nude court shoes.

And Olympic swimming champion Rebecca Adlington, from Stockport, flashed her abs in a white cut-out detail jumpsuit when she arrived at the awards ceremony alongside her friend Mark Foster.
