Mother’s agony over missing boy

-

THE mum of a missing teenager said she’s ‘completely devastated’ after he disappeared for the second time in a matter of weeks.

Joshua Brown’s mum Samantha spoke of her heartache when her son first disappeared from their Salford home just four days before Christmas.

To her relief, he returned on Christmas Eve to their Walkden home but didn’t explain where he had been. The family spent Christmas together, but just four days later, on Saturday, December 29, Joshua went missing again.

The 15-year-old left home at 1pm, saying he was going to a friend’s house nearby.

It is unclear whether he turned up, Samantha said, but he hasn’t been seen since.

Police said they believe he is now in the Gloucester area.

Samantha said: “I’m completely devastated that it has happened again in such a short space of time. I can’t begin to tell you how tired I am. I’m out searching for him, trying to find him.”

The 15-year-old is white and around 5ft 10ins, with short mousey-blond hair.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded top with a large North Face logo on the front and black trousers.

Anybody with information about him is asked to contact police on 101, quoting missing person reference MP/15/0092401. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
