Providing some shelter

I WAS listening to a vicar talking on the radio and she mentioned about a church in London that is open all day every day.

She said they get a number of homeless people in.

At least these homeless people will have a shelter over their heads during the day.

To my way of thinking it seems something is wrong when in this country we have many large buildings, a number of them empty at nights and weekends, and yet there are many people having to bed down on pavements. MM, Middleton
