BEST friends Kerry Katona and Ampika Pickston are hosting an “audience with” event together - and it sounds like a fascinating night.
Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry and Ampika, who shot to fame on The Real Housewives of Cheshire, are teaming up to host an event that promises to be “packed full of fun and frolics, personal stories, questions and answers, psychic medium, raffle and fabulous prizes.”
And there will be photograph opportunities and a sing-song too from the pals nicknamed “Kempika.”
Guests at An Audience with Kerry Katona and Ampika Pickston at Grosvenor Casino Didsbury at Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre at 8pm on Friday, March 23 are sold by event platform Eventbrite “you will have an absolute scream and a fantastic night!”
Beauty entrepreneur Ampika, who once turned up for co-star Leanne Brown’s birthday party wearing just body paint, a thong and a necklace, has showed off psychic medium talents before at readings screened on the ITVBe reality show The Real Housewives. And Kerry, from Warrington, had a string of hits with pop group Atomic Kitten including Right Now, See Ya and the number one ballad Whole Again. Ampika, who left The Real Housewives last year after five drama-filled series, has been keeping fans informed about the event on her Instagram. One post said: “Come and see us on tour next year. For a fun-filled night with the fabulous @ kerrykatona7 a night of truth, lies and fantasy watch this space tickets on sale in January.”
And another read: “Two genuine souls once were little girls with big hearts and dreams, never lost their truth or sincerity. Never hide away from your story and help others along the way.
“Come and enjoy a night of songs, dance, our personal journeys nothing held back!!!”
Kerry, from Warrington, revealed that she had moved in with Ampika at the end of last year as she embarked on a “new chapter” in her life after confirming that she had left Atomic Kitten and while starring in panto at the Middleton Arena as wicked Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty.
She called Opium beauty salon owner Ampika “wifey” and her “guardian angel” and said living with her friend is like a “home from home.”
She told her followers on social media that she’s feeling good and “loving being back up north with amazing friends.”
The mother-of-five has been working out hard in the gym with Ampika and Kerry’s move to Cheshire prompted fans to wonder if she might be set to join The Real Housewives of Cheshire, which will be returning to our screens for a seventh series.
