MANCHESTER’S music circuit has been making some serious noise - and it’s not getting any quieter. Take a look at what new tickets are on offer this week. The Trailer Park Boys, Manchester Albert Hall September 18 Canada’s beloved miscreants, Trailer Park Boys, have been making audiences laugh for over 18 years with their madcap on-screen antics - and now they’re coming to Manchester. Bringing a brand new live show, along with all the action and humour from the TV, the boys will embark on a UK tour in September. What’s supposed to be an intimate evening with the Trailer Park Boys quickly goes off the rails when, after escaping arrest for ‘a simple misunderst­anding’, they realise they have limited time to party before the police catch them. Tickets go on sale today (Friday) at 9am. Drenge, Manchester Gorilla May 2 Alternativ­e rock band Drenge is made up of two brothers - guitarist and vocalist Eoin Loveless, and drummer, Rory Loveless. The pair grew up in Castleton, Derbyshire, where they formed the band in 2010, relocating to Sheffield in 2014. The band will showcase some of their older tracks, along with a mash up of new material. Tickets go on sale today (Friday) at 9am. Joel Baker, Manchester Gullivers March 19 Joel Baker is heading to Manchester as he announces dates for a UK tour. Playing an intimate gig at Manchester Gullivers on Oldham Steet in the Northern Quarter, the Nottingham born singer will head up north to share some of his latest tracks with Manchester fans. Alongside this, he’ll also play much-loved classics such as Bag Of Dreams, Save and Further Than Feelings. Tickets for the Manchester gig are on sale now. HAIM, 02 Apollo Manchester June 11 HAIM have announced their first UK tour in four years and it includes a Manchester date. The California­n trio will head to the O2 Apollo on Monday, June 11, as part of the three date tour. They will also bring the Sister Sister Sister Tour to Glasgow and London’s Alexandra Palace, which marks their biggest headline show in the UK. Their 2018 tour will be in support of Something To Tell You, the group’s second studio album. Tickets go on general sale at 10am today (Friday).
