Man, 28, on gun charges after attack

A MAN has been charged after shots were fired at a house.

Jamie Bailey, 28, of Forest Avenue, Beech Hill, Wigan, has been charged with possession of a firearm; and possession of a firearm with intent to danger life.

He has also been charged with possession of a Class A drug appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.

Police received a report last Wednesday of a firearms discharge which had happened at around 4pm on Sunday March 4, in Beech Hill. No-one was hurt.
