Snow Patrol, Manchester Arena January 30, 2019

Snow Patrol have announced details of an eight-date UK and Ireland arena tour.

The group will play a Manchester Arena date on January 30 next year as part of the 2018/19 tour.

It will be in support of their recently released album Wilderness, their first full length release in seven years.

Tickets will be available from Friday June 8 at 9am. Florence and the Machine November 23

Florence and The Machine have announced details of a UK arena tour for 2018. Florence Welch and co will head to Manchester Arena on November 23 as part of the tour.

It will be in support of their upcoming fourth studio album High As Hope, which is due for release on June 29.

The album features singles Hunger and Sky Full of Song, and marks their first in three years.

DJ and producer Sigala has announced his debut album and a UK tour to support it.

The album, which is being released via Ministry of Sound, comes out on September 21 and will feature the producer’s six top 10 singles, including 2015’s Number 1 hit Easy Love, Paloma Faith collaborat­ion Lullaby, and Came Here For Love featuring Ella Eyre.

He’ll be playing a mash up of tracks at Manchester Albert Hall this October.

Northern Soul Live has announced three dates for the ‘Out on the Floor’ show - and Manchester’s made the cut.

In collaborat­ion with Manchester Camerata Orchestra, the night will be dedicated to Motown classics, arranged and conducted by Joe Duddel.

Easy Life are set to hit the road this November for a run of UK shows.

They’ll kick off in Leeds on the November 7 before playing Manchester, Glasgow, Nottingham, Brighton, Birmingham, Newcastle, London, Leicester, Bristol and Oxford.

Their latest mix tape ‘Creature Habits’ has six catchy tracks including the popular ‘Ice Cream’ and ‘Lust.’

Johnny Marr has announced a new UK tour including a homecoming show at Manchester’s O2 Apollo.

The former Smiths guitarist will bring the tour to a close in his home city on November 18 following dates in Norwich, Birmingham, Bath, Cardiff, Brighton, London, Sheffield, Newcastle and Liverpool.

The tour comes in support of his new album Call the Comet, which is due out on June 15 and includes the singles Hi Hello and The Tracers.

Former Spandeau Ballet singer Tony Hadley has announced he’ll be playing a date in Manchester this Autumn, showcasing his new solo album.

The 80s pop icon left the band last summer - with the group saying they would vow to carry on with a new singer.

The 57-year-old has addressed his departure on a song on his first solo album in 10 years.

The album, Talking to the Moon, features the track ‘What Am I?,’ which is reported to be about his decision to quit last July.

Manchester based band The Blinders are playing at Manchester Gorilla next month, after huge success supporting Cabbage on their UK tour.

‘L’etat C’est Moi’ is the new single from trio, and the second track to be taken from their forthcomin­g debut album.

The have a busy summer planned live with headline shows in Manchester and London, along with a slot at Kendal Calling.
