Deloitte announces nine senior regional promotions

EIGHT NEW DIRECTORS AND A PARTNER FOR HIGH-PROFILE ACCOUNTANC­Y FIRM

ACCOUNTANC­Y firm Deloitte has made nine senior promotions across its North West practice.

Among them are eight new directors while Lyndsey Fallon becomes the firm’s latest partner.

Fallon has been with Deloitte for 11 years and is responsibl­e for the firm’s conduct risk and regulatory team within the regional financial services practice.

The new directors include: Mark Westbrook (Risk Advisory, providing assurance services to clients in Financial Services sector); Matthew Smith (Internatio­nal audit practice, leading on audit and assurance projects for multinatio­nal US listed and IFRS clients, specialisi­ng in manufactur­ing and consumer business); Tim Bridge (Sports Business Group, working globally with a number of leading sports organisati­ons across a range of consulting services); and Daniel Mowbray (Risk Advisory, leading our external audit analytics team, providing assurance and insight through the use of data).

The remaining four are: Peter Braddock (Audit and Assurance, leading on Equity Capital Market transactio­ns and Private-Equity backed audits); Rosina Murdoch (Consulting, working primarily with central government department­s on large scale organisati­on transforma­tion programmes): Katie Minton (Human Capital Consulting, focusing on client challenges at the intersecti­on of business and people); and Nic Hartley (Deloitte Real Estate Consulting, helping the public sector with real estate strategy and transforma­tion programmes).

On an internatio­nal scale, Deloitte North West Europe has promoted 136 new partners, including 54 in the UK.

Deloitte North West Europe, is a combinatio­n of Belgian, Dutch, Nordics, Swiss, and UK firms, with Ireland joining this month.
