£40,000 worth of watches taken by cat burglars
A TEAM of cat burglars scaled a wall and stole watches worth £40,000.
Police have released footage of five men pulling up in a saloon car outside a house in Salford.
They appear one after the other nimbly climbing a wall before forcing their way into the home in Pendlebury, Salford.
During the raid at the property in Wet Earth Green, watches worth £38,000 were stolen between 10.30pm and 10.40pm on April 5.
PCSO Jacqueline Brookes from Salford Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “This was a targeted attack in which the offenders appeared to know exactly where to look for the items they stole.
“Anyone who recognises the individuals in this footage, or has any information, should contact police immediately.” The watches taken were:Patak Felipe gent’s watch with silver face and black alligator skin strap valued at £20,000.
3* Rolex Daytona gent’s watch with a white face and gold strap valued at £12,000.
Cassio gents watch in silver valued at £300.
Tag Heuer Formula One gent’s watch with a red face and black rubber strap valued at £4,000.
Bvlgari gent’s watch with a silver face and brown strap valued at £1,000.
