Devils at full strength for clash with Wolves

- RUGBY LEAGUE

SALFORD have both Mark Flanagan and Lee Mossop back from injury as they take on Warrington Wolves at the Halliwell Jones Stadium tonight.

The Red Devils have had a two-week break since the victory over Widnes Vikings thanks to the international break for the England versus New Zealand Test match in Denver.

However, Warrington skipper Chris Hill and full-back Stefan Ratchford both featured in that match and after arriving back in the UK on Sunday, have been rested by coach Steve Price.

In addition, Wire are without Ryan Atkins and Harvey Livett because of injury.

Craig Kopczak and Tyrone McCarthy – who appeared to pick up a knock in the win over Widnes – are the two that drop out for Salford. That means former Vikings pair, Ed Chamberlain and Greg Burke, keep their spots in the 19-man squad after making victorious debuts for their new club last time out.

With Niall Evalds still a long-term absentee, Jack Littlejohn is expected to continue at full-back.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils have allowed forward Gavin Bennion to rejoin former club Rochdale on loan for an initial one-month period.

Hornets boss Alan Kilshaw said: “It’s been hard to see Gavin playing for Swinton and Oldham, but now we are in a position where we can bring players in. I have been trying to get him for a couple of months and am glad to get this over the line.”
