A GIANT beach is coming to Heaton Park this summer - and the best bit is it’s FREE.

Come to the Beach returns later this month, bringing sand, deck chairs, buckets and spades and more to the popular park.

It’ll be the north west’s biggest inland beach and will stay open right through the summer until September 2.

There’ll be character appearances and children’s entertainment too, as well as a seaside fun park with traditional rides and attractions, which can be paid for either individually or with an unlimited £9.99 wristband.

Starting from Saturday, July 21, the beach will open daily from 12pm to 5pm.

The fun park will give families the chance to enjoy loads of rides for kids of all ages, from the twister, waltzers and crazy cars, to inflatables, water boats and more.

The water attractions, diggers and bungees are not included in wristband offer and height restrictions apply on some attractions.

Check out the website www. nkattractions.com/carouselfunfairs/ for details of entertainment and character appearances plus discounts and offers.
