NEW DAWN FOR CHANTELLE

-

THE Cheshire Set were out in floral full force to toast the launch of footballer’s wife Chantelle Heskey’s seriously glam new restaurant and bar in Alderley Edge. Guests were invited to dress in floral attire for the glitzy opening bash, attended by celebrities, sports stars and a host of the Real Housewives of Cheshire – including Dawn and Ashley Ward and their It Girl daughters, Taylor and Darby, Nermina Pieters-Mekic and her footballer husband Erik Pieters, Tanya Bardsley and former show star Leanne Brown.

And Dawn and Ashley certainly made the entrance of the night – in a huge Rolls Royce alongside their celebrity hairdresser pals Nick Malenko and Royston Blythe.

Chantelle was joined by her exEngland footballer Emile Heskey, fresh from cheering on the team on Tuesday’s thrilling penalties win over Colombia.

Mum-of-four Chantelle said: “I was so proud, even our youngest baby was trying to shout ‘England’! The team did so well.”

Hollyoaks stars Sarah Jayne Dunn and Jazmine Franks were getting into the floral theme with their stylish outfits, as was newly-evicted Love Island contestant Jordan Adefeyisan in a flowery printed blouse. Model and promoter Jordan, from Stockport, is feeling philosophical after he left the island after less than a week of joining – and fans have already launched a petition to try and get him back in.

He said: “I did my best, I went into there being a true person. I didn’t go in there for fame because I already have success in my life.”

Chantelle has launched Parea with her business partners and friends James Golden and Peter Hunter on London Road at the site of the former Blue Lobster bar.

There’s a large outdoor terrace to the front of the restaurant adorned with flowers, and inside that theme continues with a ‘highly Instagrammable’ floral wall with mirrors. Upstairs is French-themed, with an entire lounge dedicated to champagne brand Laurent Perrier.

‘Parea’ in the Greek culture is a group of friends who regularly gather together to share their experiences about life, their philosophies, values and ideas which is the concept behind the three friends’ partnership.

The menu includes a range of dishes from jerk chicken, chauteaubriand to teriyaki salmon and vegan and gluten dishes, with a host of healthy but tasty options.

Parea will be open from 8am to 2am daily, catering from breakfasts up to dinners and party nights.
