Beautiful bride Bhavna shares wedding photos

-

CORONATION Street star Bhavna Limbachia has shared simply stunning photos from her wedding day. Bhavna, who plays the soap’s Rana Nazir, married in a private wedding ceremony at the spectacular Thornton Manor, in Cheshire, last weekend surrounded by family, friends and her co-stars.

And at the weekend she shared two beautiful images from the wedding day of her and husband Darren Kuppan.

The 34-year-old actress and her new husband wore two different outfits on the day - to celebrate their British and Asian heritage.

Bhavna dazzled in a white full length gown by Manchester-based designer Zeynep Kartal, with Darren in a stylish grey morning suit, in a photo shared with the caption: “Mr and Mrs K” and fans were quick to send their congratulations.

She followed it with a second spectacular image of the bride and groom in traditional Indian wedding outfits of golds and reds with floral garlands created by designer Chamak by Kohl based in Bhavna’s hometown of Preston.

Bhavna’s co-stars were in attendance, including Faye Brookes who plays her on-screen love Kate Connor and Julia Goulding who plays Shona Ramsey.

Corrie’s Lucy Fallon posted a photo of her and her beau Tom Leech at the wedding last weekend, wearing a pretty yellow dress.

Bhavna took to Twitter to thank all of her friends who helped make her day special, including Manchester hairdresser-to-the-stars Andrew Trott-Barn and make-up artist Sally Rowe.

The happy newlyweds have since headed to their honeymoon in Bali.

Bhavna joined Coronation Street in 2016 as Rana Habib, the girlfriend of Zeedan Nazir, and the couple went on to marry.

But Bhavna couldn’t fight the attraction she felt towards Kate Connor, and in 2017 they began a secret affair. Corrie being Corrie, it didn’t take too long for the affair to be uncovered sending shockwaves across the cobbles.

Zeedan has since left Weatherfield, while Kate and Rana’s relationship has weathered the storm to continue, and the characters have proved hugely popular with soap fans, who call them “Kana”.
