Love Island star dines in the city
SHE ruffled feathers and caused plenty of drama in the Love Island villa, but series favourite Georgia Steel cut a demure figure as she stepped out for dinner in Manchester.
The brunette beauty turned heads in a black flared sleeve top teamed with smart black trousers, her hair tied back in a chic bun to show off a pair of cream-coloured tassel earrings.
Georgia, famous for repeatedly proclaiming herself ‘loyal’ on the ITV2 dating show set in Mallorca, headed out on the town with a friend and her agent. They dined at swanky Spring Gardens restaurant Rosso and she happily stopped to pose for selfies.
The 20-year-old drama student, from York, who is now based in Chelsea, headed back up north for radio interviews and a personal appearance with her Love Island love interest Sam Bird, where they met football legend Paul Gascoigne at Tiger Tiger club in Newcastle.
But it was a girls’ only meal out in Manchester for Georgia, whose relationship with Sam is going from strength to strength.
A smitten Sam tweeted ahead of the final that they were backing Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham, who were crowned the winners last night. He said: “Love Island finale day! who’s excited?? @georgia_steel and I have had an amazing Summer and would like to thank @LoveIsland @itv2 #LoveIslandAftersun and all the many people involved with the show. We wish ALL the islanders the best but of course, we are team #jani for the win.”
Georgia coupled up with Sam after being left heartbroken by Josh Denzel when he was tempted away by Kazimir Crossley.
She won an army of fans with her dignified behaviour as he strolled back to the main villa with his new lady, and she later had chance to get revenge when she raised Josh’s heart rate more than Kaz with a saucy dance challenge dressed in a carnival outfit with feathery headdress.
After hitting it off with Sam, the pair suffered a blow when they were voted the least compatible couple and were given the choice of leaving the island or coupling with new arrivals.
They eventually decided it would be impossible to find romance with someone else and decided to leave the show.
