STEEPED IN HISTORY

Pear Mill was one of the last cottonspinning mills to be built in the country.

The building of the mill commenced back in July 1913, having originally been designed to spin the best Egyptian cottons to be exported worldwide.

The vast showroom is located on the banks of the River Goyt in Stockport.

The grade-II listed building houses multiple businesses offering customers a wide range of services all under one roof.

Outside the mill there is ample free parking meaning that customers are free to browse through the 40 businesses at their leisure.

The other businesses that are currently trading within the mill include an Adidas outlet store, Vintage Emporium and tea rooms, DIY School, Awesome Walls, R&R Kitchens and Bathrooms and the new, Pear Mill Beds and Furniture, to name just a few.
