/More flights for Isle of Man TT

AN airline has added more flights to its schedule for the Isle of Man 2019 TT. Flybe is preparing to meet demand for the event by adding 16 extra flights from from Birmingham and Manchester.

There will be a total of 284 flights to and from Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester over two-week motorcycle bonanza.

It comes nine months before the world-renowned annual motorcycle event takes place.

Now the airline has announced another extra service for the final Friday from Birmingham. The TT2019 races being are held between 25 May and 7 June 2019.

Over the entire busy two-week period, the airline has boosted its normal schedules to and from the Isle of Man with an additional six return flights from Birmingham, and ten from Manchester; so over the fortnight in total, Flybe will have 142 flights to the island from Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.
