JET2.COM and Jet2holidays are adding an weekly service to Bourgas in Bulgaria from Manchester Airport next summer.

From May 2019, the company will operate to Bourgas for the first time from Manchester.

The new Saturday flights means the airline now has three weekly services to the resort.

The company has breaks to a range of 2-5 star hotels on sale, in resorts such as Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Obzor and St Vlas.

The additional flights follow the announcement of three new destinations for Summer 19 from Manchester with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, including Chania in Crete and Izmir in Turkey, as well as Bourgas.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “We are very excited to be adding more services to Bourgas in Bulgaria from Manchester Airport.

“This is the first year we will operate to Bulgaria and we are delighted with how popular it has been as a destination amongst customers in the North West.

The flights connect even more holidaymakers to the sun-soaked resorts of Sunny Beach and Obzor, as well as many other popular spots in Bulgaria, and we expect the popularity of this holiday destination to continue to grow.”

Flights start from £69 one way including taxes from Manchester Airport to Bourgas, and holidays from £349 per person, including a 22kg luggage allowance and return transfers.
