- By SCOTT ANDERSON

SALFORD City will be looking to make it six wins in a row when they come up against Maidenhead United at York Road this afternoon.

Graham Alexander’s side beat Hartlepool 3-0 on Tuesday, with top-scorer Adam Rooney scoring his eighth league goal of the season in the win at the Peninsula Stadium.

FC United are 21st in the National League North, and they face an away tie against bottom side Nuneaton Town. The Rebels have won just one of their 10 league games this season, but they did claim a 2-0 win over Colne in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup last weekend.

Stockport are 12th in the table after just one win in their last seven league games, and they play 17th-placed Darlington at Blackwell Meadows.

Altrincham, who are just one place below Stockport, come up against second-placed Kidderminster Harriers. The Robins have just one win in their last four league games.

15th-placed Curzon Ashton host Boston United at the Tameside Stadium having won just one of their last six games in the National League North.

Ashton United, who are 18th in the table, welcome eighth-placed Leamington to Hurst Cross.
