IT’S one of the most luxurious properties in Cheshire – and yet it’s been waiting for a buyer for years.
The building has been transformed into one of Cheshire’s most luxurious residential properties by Real Housewives of Cheshire star, Dawn Ward, and footballer husband Ashley – but has been looking for a buyer since 2013. Warford Hall is an 11-bedroom mansion situated in the idyllic countryside location of Great Warford, just minutes from affluent Alderley Edge.
The sprawling manor house was designed by W Roberts and built in 1867 using mellow Cheshire red brick and carved, dressed Alderley Edge stone.
Boasting six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the main house, with a further five beds in two additional flats, this is one seriously substantial property. But just 14 years ago this building was in a sorry state. Housing a call centre with around 100 staff it was more cold and clinical than cool and contemporary.

The next occupiers will have one of the most prestigious houses in the north west in their ownership but with a price tag that might even be putting Premier League footballers off, it will be interesting to see who takes the leap and buys Warford Hall.
