Bury are up against struggling Silkmen
BURY visit struggling MACCLESFIELD today in League Two looking to bounce back from their first defeat in seven matches at Port Vale last Saturday.
The Silkmen, who are bottom of the table, are still looking to kick-start their season after an appalling start to the campaign, having won just once.
Bury defender Dougie Nyaupembe, meanwhile, has joined Hyde United on a short-term loan.

Sharpe - grandson of Dave Whelan, who bought the Latics in 1995 - has been chairman since his grandfather stood down from the role three-and-ahalf years ago.
In League One, ROCHDALE host Luton Town with boss Keith Hill praising his side’s courage in their 1-0 win over Charlton last Saturday.
He said: “We were playing against an excellent side. We created goal scoring opportunities and we did well to defend our goal.
“The performance had a lot our courage in it.
“I thought we were worthy winners. It was a genuine, honest, hard-working performance. “We were at it from the get-go and that’s why we got the performance. You can have bad talent days at work but you should never have a bad work day, so I’m pleased for the players and pleased we secured the victory.”
Ian Henderson’s winning goal was his 99th for the club, and his 10th of the season, putting him top of the League One scoring charts.
