EMMA THOMPSON has said she “sniggered” with the Duke of Cambridge when receiving her damehood in a ceremony at Buckingham Palace yesterday.

The actress, left, said: “I love Prince William... I said, ‘I can’t kiss you, can I?’ And he said, ‘No don’t’!”
