CELEBRITIES SHARE THEIR CHRISTMAS DAY SNAPS
LIKE the rest of us, celebs have been spending time with their loved ones this Christmas – eating lots, playing games and dressing up in their finest festive outfits. Loved-up Gemma Atkinson and her Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer beau Gorka Marquez enjoyed a Spanish break in his home city of Bilbao before heading back to the UK to be reunited with Gemma’s pet dogs Ollie and Norman.
She told fans: “Today Gorks showed me his old school, where he learnt to surf, the local parks, his favourite coffee shop and his mum’s beach house. Bilbao is beautiful.”
Sharing a photo of the cute pooches on Instagram, the former Emmerdale actress wrote: “Ok let’s have it. Exactly how many other dogs did you pet in Bilbao mum?”
Gemma also shared photos of the couple in front of a Christmas tree and seated for Christmas dinner with loved ones with the caption ‘thankful.’
She wrote: “Hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas with all your loved ones. I certainly have!”
Coronation Street’s Lucy Fallon and her partner Tom Leech dined out at a restaurant with friends and family on Christmas Day and played festive games.
Award-winning actress Lucy shared a photo of herself with her dad, captioned ‘papa.’
On the subject of food, United legend David Beckham shared a picture of himself carving a golden turkey, tagging his chef pal Gordon Ramsay.
He shared more comic photos over Christmas of himself in tinsel glasses, wishing ‘uncle Elton John’ and his husband David Furnish a ‘Merry Christmas.’
On Christmas Eve he Instagrammed a picture of himself topless and wearing antlers while roasting chestnuts.
He told his 52.9 million followers: “Good Morning and Happy Christmas Eve.. Can you tell I’m slightly excited. Chestnuts roasting on an open fire and all that.”
Coleen and Wayne Rooney – who are back home for Christmas after Wayne signed with D.C. United in Washington back in June – spread festive cheer with a heartwarming photo of the couple with their sons Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass.
“Merry Christmas everyone. Enjoy your day!” said the former United ace.
Meanwhile, Take That star Mark Owen shared a Christmas video message with fans on his Instagram.
“Hi there, on behalf of the Owen household I’d like to wish you all a very merry Christmas,” said the Babe singer from Oldham.
