Etihad’s event will take place on the same night as Halloween, which could cause some clashing of celebratio­ns.

The funfair is set to start at 5.30pm until 9.30pm, with fireworks set to be lit at 7.30pm. Entry is free.

CRINGLE PARK - SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3

A perfect way to end the weekend, Cringle Park’s event will kick off from 5pm. Fireworks will light up the sky at 7.30pm, with a bonfire to follow. Entry is free.

BROOKDALE PARK - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4

Making your Monday night more exciting, Brookdale Park is on hand.

They’re offering a funfair from 5pm until 9.30pm, with fireworks set to light up the area at 7.30pm.

Entry is free.

CAVENDISH BONFIRE & FIREWORK DISPLAY - MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4

Chorlton Fireworks will be providing a display at Cavendish Primary School on Cavendish Road, West Didsbury.

Gates open 5pm with bonfire lit at 5.30pm.

HEATON PARK - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5

According to an event listing on the Manchester City Council website, the bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm, with the fireworks taking flight shortly afterwards. The event will be finished by 10pm.

Gates will open at 5pm - and you can kill time on the fairground or by grabbing a bite to eat while you wait for the displays to start.

The Heaton Park Bonfire Night event is free and isn’t ticketed - you can just turn up.

WYTHENSHAW­E PARK - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5

The Wythenshaw­e Park bonfire and fireworks display takes place on Bonfire Night itself, Tuesday November 5.

The site opens at 5pm, along with the funfair and food stalls.

The fireworks display begins at 7.30pm and the bonfire will be lit afterwards. The event runs until 9.30pm. Entry to the Wythenshaw­e Park event is free.

PLATT FIELDS PARK - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5

This year’s event will take place on Bonfire Night itself - Tuesday November 5.

According to a Facebook event page hosted by Manchester City Council, the funfair will open at 5pm. The fireworks are then due to start at 7.30pm, followed by the bonfire.

Entry to the Platt Fields event is free.
