Man jailed for sex act in hotel car park

- By AMY WALKER

A DRUNK and drugged-up man ‘tried to have sex with a pile of leaves’ in the car park of a Premier Inn, a court heard.

Michael Golsorkhi was seen ‘thrusting’ with his trousers around his ankles in full view of families eating at a Beefeater pub in Stockport.

The 26-year-old pulled up his underwear before running and hiding in bushes after he was confronted by hotel staff.

Golsorkhi has now been locked up for eight weeks.

In a statement, an unnamed staff member said: “My colleague and I were aware of a male acting suspiciously in the hotel car park, near to the main entrance. We saw a white male with his trousers down and we could see his bum. There was nothing between me and this male, he was about a car length away from me and he appeared to be having sex.

“At one stage I shouted to him ‘what are you doing, you dirty b ***** d?’ and he then leapt up, pulled his trousers up and sat in the bushes. We rang the police. He gave no explanation for what he was doing.

“After about 10 minutes he walked out of the bushes. I could make out bits of his face. I was concerned for the hotel guests, there were children staying at the hotel.”

The incident happened near the Bamford Arms pub. The court heard Golsorkhi had previous convictions for harassing his parents.

Neville Warburton, defending, said: “He took a combination of illicit substances and alcohol and got himself into some sort of state.

“The staff from the hotel did ask if he was all right, but he was in quite a terrible state. He has no recollection of the behaviour.

“Unsurprisingly, this is relating to some information that he took drugs ranging from cocaine to cannabis and alcohol.

“When he was interviewed, he was mortified at the suggestion of what happened. He cannot explain his behaviour. He is entirely embarrassed about that.

“This is not something that has been brought before the court before and this is no fault of anyone else except the defendant.”

Sentencing Golsorkhi, chair of magistrates Edward Tasker said: “You were remorseful about this and quite embarrassed about it and the fact this is something not really nice to do outside.”

Golsorkhi was arrested outside the hotel last month.

He admitted outraging public decency and possessing cannabis and was ordered to pay £122 in costs.
