Grime star Bugzy ‘badly hurt in quad bike crash’
MUSIC star Bugzy Malone has been seriously injured in a quad bike crash, according to reports on social media sites.
The 29-year-old grime artist, from Crumpsall, was reportedly seen in a video on Instagram riding a three-wheeled style vehicle in Bury.
Police confirmed they were called to a collision involving a quad bike and another vehicle, on Rochdale Road, at around 9.20pm. One person was taken to hospital suffering serious injuries, GMP said. A number of reports on social media suggested Bugzy – real name Aaron Davis – was the rider of the quad bike.

Fans on social media sent messages of support to the rapper after reports of the crash emerged. YouTuber KSI wrote on Twitter: “I’m praying for you fam.”
Rapper Chip posted: “Prayers out to @TheBugzyMalone from the most sincere place in my heart and soul. Hope he pulls through.”
DJ and producer Snips wrote: “I hope Bugzy Malone is okay. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.”
Bugzy recently proposed to his girlfriend of nine years on a boat during a romantic trip to Paris.
A spokeswoman for Greater Manchester Police said: “Shortly before 9.20pm last night, Wednesday, March 25, 2020, police were called to Rochdale Road, Bury to reports of a collision involving an Audi car and a quad bike.
“Emergency services attended and the driver of the quad bike – a 29-year-old man – was seriously injured and taken to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. No arrests have been made and inquiries are ongoing.”
