Here are three small screen shows that are worth checking out while we’re still in lockdown
DEAR... (Apple TV+)
INSPIRED by the Dear Apple advertising campaign, which featured letters from fans to company CEO Tim Cook about how products had changed their lives, Dear... is a reflective 10-part documentary series which profiles charismatic figures through the written words of people who have been affected by their work. These subjects include Big Bird from Sesame Street, ballet dancer Misty Copeland, film director Spike Lee, musical theatre composer Lin-Manuel Miranda, actor and activist Yara Shahidi, feminist movement trailblazer Gloria Steinem, presenter Oprah Winfrey and singer-songwriter Stevie Wonder.

EL PRESIDENTE (Amazon Prime Video)
INSPIRED by real-life events of the 2015 Fifa corruption scandal, El Presidente is a 10-part drama set against the backdrop of cities across Latin America, Europe and America, which shines a light on greed and deception in the upper echelons of power.
The devastating impact of the FBI investigation into immoral behaviour is seen through the eyes of small-time Chilean football club president Sergio Jadue (Andres Parra).
He rises from obscurity to play a vital role in the bribery spearheaded by Julio Grondona (Luis Margani), president of the Argentine football association.
The ripple effect of Sergio’s choices are felt far beyond the border of his country and he quickly realises there is nowhere to hide from the consequences of his actions.

BETTY (Now TV)
MOST of the cast of writer-director Crystal Moselle’s 2018 independent film Skate Kitchen reunite for a six-part comedy drama created by Moselle, which screens on Sky Comedy and streams exclusively on Now TV.
Camille (Rachel Vinberg), Honeybear (Moonbear), Janay (Dede Lovelace) and Kirt (Nina Moran) are talented skateboarders in New York, who are determined to prove their skill in the male-dominated sport.
They welcome Indigo (Anjani Russell) to the posse and the five young women provide each other with emotional support as they contend with peer pressure, affairs of the heart, growing pains and same sex dating woes.
