Trump’s niece not playing nice in tell-all book
DONALD TRUMP’S niece is to publish a “harrowing and salacious” book blasting her uncle ahead of the November presidential election.
Mary Trump is the first family member to break ranks in attacking the US leader publicly and has outed herself as the source of damning family tax allegations while blowing the lid on internal feuds.
The 55-year-old, daughter of the President’s late older brother Fred Trump Jr, is set to release her bombshell book Too Much and Never Enough in August.
In it, she reportedly reveals herself to be behind exposing Trump’s lies that he was a self-made billionaire as well as how he was involved in allegedly “fraudulent” tax schemes, which he had strongly denied. It is alleged her grandfather, Fred Trump Snr bailed out the failed businessman in the 1990s with injections of more than £320m.
While campaigning for the White House in 2016, the US leader repeatedly promised to release his tax returns like others before him only to then refuse once in power.
The book also claims Trump’s sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, an 83-year-old retired federal judge, hates her brother’s presidency.
Mary has reportedly long despised her uncle with their feud going back 20 years amid a fight over her grandfather’s estate.
She and her brother Fred III, whose son William has cerebral palsy and needed constant care, argued the will was “procured by fraud and undue influence” and their share of the inheritance had been cut.
When they threatened to sue, Trump cut off the medical funding for William.
For me, no other story speaks more about the US leader.
If he can inflict such wickedness on his own family, is there any wonder why he treats Americans as he does.
