Customers will be offered PPE such as face masks on entry, there will be a welcome briefing complete with COVID temp check and hand sanitiser - and track and trace will be available via the app.
The space aims to become an ‘international destination akin to the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Coney Island in New York and Grand Central Market in Los Angeles.’

Initially launching its ‘Safe + Social Manifesto’ as a 600-capacity venue, Escape to Freight Island will expand to welcome 2,500 people when fully open later this year.

Table slots of three hours will be pre-booked from Thursday to Sunday, running from midday to midnight.
