IN 1993, black teenager Stephen Lawrence was murdered in a racially motivated attack. The aftermath sparked discussion­s on institutio­nal racism.

Now, after the death of George Floyd and the global protests that followed it, Rageh Omaar and Anushka Asthana are hosting a live debate to discover if, 27 years on, Stephen tragic death has had a lasting impact on racial equality in the UK. It’s followed at 9pm by Paul Greengrass’s moving drama, The Murder of Stephen Lawrence.
