The programme tries out various methods including yoga, tai chi, acupuncture or cold-water swimming, and question how much of the experience of pain is psychological.

Following an argument with his wife, former soldier Mark, has not been seen for almost 24 hours. Officers are told he suffers from PTSD and has been behaving increasingly erratically for weeks. A search operation begins.
