BEING a young person in Greater Manchester certainly has its perks.

Whether it’s having a thriving city right on your doorstep or a great range of great shops, sporting venues and restaurants there is always plenty to explore and enjoy.

In case you needed any more reasons to love Greater Manchester, Our Pass gives young people exclusive discounts and prizes from some of the county’s biggest brands.

With discounts available from some of the biggest brands in Manchester, including the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Vimto, the Co-Op and sports retailer JD, Our Pass members can also enjoy free travel on buses across Greater Manchester.

Created specifically for young people living in Greater Manchester, Our Pass is a membership scheme with gives young people offers to exclusive discounts and free bus travel across the region.

With exclusive access to events, experiences and tickets you can enjoy a wide variety of discounts from free bus travel to free food.

Our Pass can be used for up to two years and is available for anyone who was born between September 1, 2001 and August 31, 2004 and are currently living in Greater Manchester.

The membership scheme allows young people to enjoy two things:

• Free bus travel across Greater Manchester - For a one-off £10 fee members will receive a card that will take you on most local buses for free across the area. Members can also enjoy half-price off-peak one-day and weekend travelcards on Metrolink.

• Exclusive offers and experiences - These range from free tickets to merchandise and even career taster days. You can find out which exclusive deals are live on their website.

WHAT DISCOUNTS CAN I GET?

Many of Greater Manchester’s biggest brands including the Co-op, Manchester City FC, Manchester United FC and Vimto are providing exclusive offers on the new look Our Pass website. The exciting offers include:

• 50 lucky Our Pass members will win a 24-can crate of Vimto for their friends and family

• You could also win one of ten £50 Coop food cards

• Members can receive a 10% discount at Manchester City and Manchester United FC’s club stores

• The chance to win a Samsung tablet and free wi-fi from MID Communications

• Sports retailer JD is providing the chance to win one of 10 £50 gift cards, with future competitions and giveaways on the way.

• There are also introductory offers or discounts from Blue Tiffin, Challenge 4 Change, CMY Design, Dishoom, Flexx Yoga, Vermilion and Virtual Hideout

Over 16,000 new membership cards have been issued since July and with plenty of offers available to enjoy that number will continue to rise.
