UNITED are currently assessing the success of their loan transfer decisions as they approach the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old is at risk of losing his place in Ryan Giggs’ squad for the European Championships next summer after a disappointing few months which has seen him fall down the pecking order at both club and international level.
M.E.N. Sport understand United do have the option to recall Levitt from his loan next month and could send the central midfielder to another Football League club or even keep him in their U23s side to help regain confidence.
Concerns over Tahith Chong’s spell with Werder Bremen have been eased in recent weeks with the Dutch winger featuring in all but one of their Bundesliga matches this season.
The 21-yearold has only started three times in the league this season, but did play the entirety of the match last weekend as Bremen lost at home to VfB Stuttgart.
