A MAN has been charged with the murder of 16-year-old Rhamero West.

Ryan Cashin, 19, of Nancy Street, Manchester, has been charged with one count of murder.

He appeared at Salford and Manchester Magistrates Court yesterday and has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on Monday, October 18.

Police were called to Norton Street in Trafford just before 6pm on September 9, to reports of a stabbing.

Emergency services attended and found Rhamero West, of south Manchester, with a number of stab wounds.

He was rushed to hospital but died a short while later.

During the investigation, police also arrested and charged a 16-yearold boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons.

The 16-year-old has also been charged with the murder of Rhamero.

He has been remanded in custody to appear in court at a later date.

A trial date was set for March next year.

These include multiple crashes and violent disorder around the Princess Road area of south Manchester.
