The guys at Kawasaki will be providing the motorcycle training at your nearest Kawasaki Rider Training Services centre, taking the winner through from CBT to the their full test. Upon passing, the lucky winner will be handed the keys to their very own brandnew Kawasaki Z400, including their first registration fee and one year’s road tax.

The A2 class Z400’s styling is pure classic Kawasaki, with the trellis frame shouting H2, while also giving the bike light and predictable handling. As expected for a bike aimed at new riders, the Z400 has a low seat height and an easy-to-use slip-assist clutch. It’s also bristling with modern tech such as LED lighting, a digital speedo, gear position indication and the infamous ‘balls of wool’ economical riding indicator. And to make sure the winner can get straight out on the road after passing their test and picking up their new bike, they will also be given up to £1000 towards their first year’s insurance policy with Kawasaki Insurance.

Kit and kaboodle

The Z400 might be naked, but it’s never wise to ride in your birthday one-piece, so the guys at Oxford Products will kit the winner out from head-to-toe with a helmet, jacket, trousers, gloves, boots and that all-important neck warmer. The kit prize bundle will include an Oxford Mondial laminate jacket and trousers, Oxford Mondial gloves, Oxford Hunter boots, an HJC RPHA 70 helmet and a triplepack of Oxford Comfy neckwear. The kit bundle alone is worth a whopping £1000!
