‘Exploring Cheddar Gorge’ R5K MEMBER ANGI AND ANDY TODD

This was part of a 270-mile daytrip to visit family in Westonsuper-Mare. We diverted through Cheddar Gorge on the way home. The highlight was finally being able to eat fish and chips at the seaside again. When you live in the Midlands, it’s a wondrous thing!

‘Two-day touring’ R5K MEMBER RHYS HUMPHREY

The was taken during a two-day weekend tour in early June. I headed from Somersham, up through the Peak District. I set off for Barnard Castle the next morning, then through the North York Moors, Whitby a few laps of Oliver’s Mount and more. Approximately 700 miles.

‘Evening stress relief’ R5K MEMBER NATHAN SKYRME

This was an evening ride after a stressful day at work. I decided to head around the Gower coast in South Wales and stopped to watch the sun setting on top of a hill called Cefn Bryn. It was only a couple of hour, but sometimes that’s all you need.

‘Amazing sunshine, epic roads’ R5K MEMBER CHRIS SMITH

This was taken overlooking Loch Torridon on the way from Applecross to Inverness then down Glenshee to Edinburgh. It was amazing sunshine, and we did 309 epic miles.

‘Gorgeous weather’ R5K MEMBER LEE HARRISON

This was taken somewhere on the Wales/England border south of Chester. The weather was gorgeous, and the roads were packed with bikes. I went to local meeting place in Broxton for a brew and it was rammed.

‘Photo rally fun’ R5K MEMBER RUTH CLARKE

I run a photo rally called Road Adventures 2021. Every month you have to find three photos to fulfil the challenge. This month was coloured buildings, so I travelled up to Whitehead in Northern Ireland to get a picture of a fabulous row of coloured houses – and this selfie en route.
