KAWASAKI’S TRUE COLOURS

O 2022 model line-up gains bold new looks, fresh paint and subtle tweaks ‘The popular Z650 is being energised…’

-

Summer might be coming to an end, but Kawasaki are already looking ahead to 2022 and have announced a host of new colours for some of their biggest sellers. The Sugomi-styled Z range is home to some of Kawasaki’s most popular machines, and for 2022, the Z650 is being energised with three striking new colours: metallic spark black, candy lime green, and pearl robotic white. With a nimble chassis and A2-compliant, low-emission Euro5 engine, the Z650 is perfect for new and experienced riders alike. Alongside the standard and performance addition, Kawasaki have also unveiled a new urban edition with a practicalityboosting topbox.

Its bigger brother, the Z900, is also coming in three new colours for 2022: metallic spark black, pearl robotic white, and candy lime green.

The bike is equipped with a colour TFT display, Kawasaki’s advanced traction control, and selectable riding modes to power riders into the new year. Plus, for customers looking for that bit extra in their Z900, there will be an SE version.

SE it for yourself

Taking the big-selling Zed to the next level, the SE variant features a new Brembo brake package, 41mm inverted front forks, Öhlins S46 rear shock, a ‘sound tuned’ exhaust note plus a host of advanced electronic riding aids. You can get the SE version in a distinctive blend of metallic spark black and candy lime green.

It is not just the Z range that is getting new colour schemes for the 2022 season. Kawasaki have unveiled new designs for the popular Ninja 1000SX. Now in its fourth iteration, the sports-touring favourite has supersport handling with the comfort and flexibility needed for any adventure tour. For 2022, the model will be available in metallic diablo black, emerald blazed green, and metallic matte graphenesteel.

At the other end of the Kawasaki range, the Vulcan S cruiser hasn’t been forgotten in the colour revamp. The 649cc water-cooled parallel-twin engine is combined with a sleek tubular chassis, plush deep seat, and ergonomically designed handlebars.

For 2022, the stylishly different take on the cruiser lifestyle will come in metallic flat spark black, candy crimson red, and metallic matte graphenesteel grey.

It’s not just the colours you’ve got to be excited about either. Although you can soon get one of Kawasaki’s popular machines with a brand-new livery, the brand will also be unveiling some exciting new arrivals over the coming months.
