SCOTLAND’S BIGGEST AND BEST MOTORCYCLE SHOW IS BACK!

Head to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre for the Scottish Motorcycle Show

Scotland’s biggest and best motorcycle show returns to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre on March 11-12 with all the latest models, major manufactur­ers, and breath-taking live action.

You can expect to see Scotland’s largest range of new bikes on display, alongside stacks of great deals on 2022 models. Latest manufactur­ers to confirm their attendance include Triumph, who will be showcasing the new Street Triple range and a show-stopping selection of their Chrome Collection as well as a stunning an assortment of 2023 bikes including Tigers, Speed Triples and Classics.

KTM return with a full range of new bikes including the 790 Duke and 790 Adventure. The 790 Duke packs the agility you would expect from a single combined with the hard hitting punch of a twin while the 790 Adventure is ready to take you somewhere epic. Try one for size at the show with experts on hand to answer any questions.

Husqvarna have confirmed they will be bringing a full suite of new bikes. Highlights include the Svartpilen 125 and 710 Supermoto, bringing the spirit of supermoto to the streets of Edinburgh.

First-time exhibitors GasGas will be displaying some class-leading power with their TXT Racing 300 and ES 700 among others.

Other big-name brands showing off their bikes include HarleyDavi­dson, Indian Motorcycle, Yamaha, BSA and Royal Enfield.

Get kitted out for less

Bag a bargain in the Bike Jumble and browse the Retail Village where a host of traders will be able to fit you out with new leathers, boots or helmet. If you want to improve your bike’s appearance there’s a wide array of suppliers to make your bike stand out from the crowd.

Get hooked on classics

Take a ride down memory lane in the Classic Bike hall where you can find Scotland’s biggest collection of classic motorcycle­s spanning over 80 years. The Classic Bike Pavilion showcases the biggest collection of classics under one roof anywhere in the country. With more than 50 club displays in total there will be around 800 motorcycle­s on show.

The concours display, meanwhile, has around 70 bikes booked in and owners are busy polishing to get competitio­n ready.

Don’t miss the Classic Bike fireup paddock where special examples of motorcycle­s from yesteryear burst into life. See, hear and smell the motorcycle­s you grew up dreaming of owning and riding.

Awesome live action

Two Brothers Racing stunt team has been formed for eight years now and is a trio consisting of Mark Van Driel AKA ‘Vandal’, Paul Todd AKA ‘Toddy’ and Katrina Van Driel AKA ‘Trina’. Vandal and Toddy have been the closest of friends for over ten years, riding together for endless hours every week, pushing each other to the limit to learn new tricks every time they ride – resulting in the highly skilled, adrenaline filled show you see today.

You’ll get to see the team perform a choreograp­hed show with the very latest cutting-edge street bike freestyle tricks, followed by tandem tricks from Vandal and Trina, the show then comes to an end with the drift bikes blasting out a riot of noise and smoke.

Show is open 9am until 5pm each day. Adult tickets start from £15 booked in advance. Kids under 12 go free when accompanie­d by a paying adult.
