Stoked by great service

I got great service from Norman & Birch of Stoke-on-Trent. When I bought my bike a few faults occurred so I rang them up and it was picked up promptly and the sorted bike came back. Then, over a few more days the original fault reoccurred and I was back on the phone. “No problem sir, we will collect it again.” It turns out the bottom of the tank was leaking so they said I could choose something else, which I did. The bike was promptly delivered and all is good. The new bike was cheaper so I got a refund back on my card within a couple of days. This firm bent over backwards and it’s only a small family company – they have been polite and professional if you are in the market for a bike I highly recommend them. Craig Newton
