Think big twin sportsbikes and you immediately think of blood-red Ducatis. Expensive blood-red Ducatis, but Aprilia came to that particular party nearly 20 years ago and have been building various different, and mostly brilliant, versions of that bike ever since. And they are pretty cheap. Fickle, maybe. But get a good one, look after it and you get Italian style and flair without having to re-mortgage the house, again. This is the standard RSV4 offering, despite the RR model designation. It’s a whopping £4.5k less than the RF version and a few grand cheaper than most of its Japanese V4 rivals. A base Panigale will set you back £19,930.
