“The Norwegian scenery is absolutely unbelievable. I remember going down the Romsdalen valley and there are vertical 600m cliffs which are just staggering to see, and in the sunlight it’s breathtaking. And once you’re out of Oslo, there’s just no traffic. It’s a truly gobsmacking place. And with free camping, it’s so easy to tour on a bike or you can stop in a cabin hut; it’s like glamping and most campsites will have several. You really need three weeks to take it all in.”
