The important thing to know is that you have changed the way the bike releases exhaust gases from the engine and by changing a silencer you affect the combustion process by disrupting the internal back pressures and acoustics. Take advice from a local dyno operator, as they will be able to pinpoint the problem and, more importantly, offer a solution. The fix usually involves fitting a secondary fuelling module called a Power Commander.
