REPS 15 EACH SIDE

Lie on your back with your fin­ger­tips by your tem­ples, then crunch up and raise one el­bow and the op­po­site knee so they touch. Re­peat on the other side, and al­ter­nate through the reps. Go straight into the dorsal raise.
