Set up the rings so they’re al­most twice the height of the box. Hold the rings with a ham­mer grip, palms fac­ing. Put your feet on the box and ex­tend your arms so you’re in a press-up po­si­tion. Keep your el­bows close to your sides and your core tensed while you bend your arms to lower your chest to ring height, keep­ing your body in a straight line. Press down to re­turn to the start. As you get com­fort­able with the move, lower the rings.
