Lock a ket­tle­bell above you in one hand. Keep your eyes on the weight and your shoul­der strong as you con­tract your abs. Bend the leg on the same side and rise onto your op­po­site el­bow to sit up. Push onto your hand and bring your other leg back. Stand, keep­ing the bell above you with your eyes on it. Slowly re­verse the move to the start. Com­plete all the reps on one side, then the other.
