Bring your hips back slightly, then bring the­mem for­wards as you come up on your toes, us­ing mo­men­tumm to bring the bar up to your shoul­ders – your arms shouldn’tuldn’t be do­ing much of the work. Sink into a shal­low squatat to catch it, then stand.
